HORIZ STAB FAIL ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED INFLIGHT.  T/S SYSTEM FOUND LT HEAT HORN IN-OP. REMOVED AND REPLACED LT HEATER HORN WITH NEW OPS CHECKS GOOD ALL WORK IAW MM 30-11-00.
