IN FLIGHT, AILERON FLIGHT CONTROLS ARE BINDING WHILE TURNING BOTH LT AND RT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED ARTIFICIAL FEEL BUNGEE. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS AND ADJUSTMENTS ALL OK.
