BOTH L/R FUEL GAUGE ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED ON TAKEOFF.  TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED.  FUEL QTY GAUGES BOTH READ ZERO.  GAINED ACCESS TO LT/RT WING ROOT ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS FOR MOISTURE NONE FOUND.  INSPECTED FUEL SIGNAL CONDITIONER FOR FAULT BITES NONE FOUND.
