FOUL ODOR COMMING OUT OF ENVIROMENTAL SYS.  REMOVED APU IAW MM 49-10-00. BUILT UP NEW APU IAW MM 49-10-00. OK TO INSTALL REPAIRED  APU. INSTALLED APU AND APU STARTER/GEN. IAW MM 49-10-00.
