ON DEPARTURE, SQUAT AND STALL IDENT MWS LIGHTS ILLUMINATED AND ACFT DID NOT PRESSURIZE.  INSTALLED NEW WEIGHT ON WHEELS SWITCH, LT MLG IAW MM CHAPTER 32-10-12.  PERFORMED SATISFACTORY GEAR SWING CYCLES AND OPS CHECK OF SYS.
