## Discrepancy

WITH APU "ON" AND APU BLEED "ON", SMOKED FILLED COCKPIT.  FOUND ECU TURBINE TO BE NOT OPERATING. R & R ECU TURBINE. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD. IAW MM 21-51-00.
