## Discrepancy

FUEL TRANSFER VALVE FROZEN INFLIGHT AT FL380.  WORKS OK ON GROUND.  REPLACED INOPERATIVE GALLEY DRAIN TUBE AND HEATER ASSY IAW MM 28-10-00. OPS TESTED GOOD.
