POWERED UP APU.  WHEN BLEED AIR IS TURNED ON THE CABIN FILLS UP WITH SMOKE.   COCKPIT & CABIN ACM OPS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 21-61-00. NO SMOKE NOTED.
