AFT LAV SMOKE RED CAS MSG ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT.    TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND DEFECTIVE SMOKE DETECTOR.  REMOVED DEFECTIVE DETECTOR.  INSTALLED REPAIRED UNIT. OPS CHECKED GOOD. WORK DONE IAW CMP 261502.
