ON TAXI OUT, EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF BRAKING FOR BOTH PILOT & COPILOT.   BRAKE PEDALS PULSATED AS IF ANTI-SKID ACTIVATING.   R & R ANTI-SKID CONTROL BOX WITH UNIT.  OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY IAW MM 32-40-00.
