## Discrepancy

ON DEPARTURE, GEAR HANDLE WAS LOCKED IN THE GEAR DOWN POSITION.  UNABLE TO GET GEAR TO RETRACT AND HAD TO HAVE PRIORITY HANDLING BACK TO DEPARTURE.  NO EMERGENCY DECLARED.  UNABLE TO DUPLICATE PROBLEM.
