## Discrepancy

DURING APPROACH PHASE WITH FLAPS & SLATS AT 15,  "FLAPS FAIL" AMBER CAS AND SYMNOPTIC WAS OBSERVED.  ATTEMPTED RESET IAW CHECKLIST.  FLAPS DID NOT RESET.
