MAIN ENTRY DOOR THRESHOLD IS CRACKED.  REPLACED CRACKED THRESHOLD WITH NEW INNER THREASHOLD.  WORK ACCOMPLISHED PER SRM 51-30-03, 51-30-06, 51-40-09.
