DURING LEVEL OFF AT FL400,  WING TANK O'FULL R CAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED.  COMPLIED WITH QRH AND NOTICED A LARGE AMOUNT OF FUEL EXITING RT WING TIP AREA.  AIRPLANE LOST APPROXIMATELY 600 LB OF GAS.
