BRAKES ARE GRABBING VIOLENTLY DURING TAXI, BOTH RT AND LT BRAKE, FROM EITHER PILOTS BRAKE PEDALS.   R & R THE BRAKE METERING VALVE.  BLED SYS. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.  COMPLETED IAW MM 32-44-00.
