IN FLIGHT A LIGHT HAZE OF MIST OR SMOKE APPEARED. SHORTLY AFTER, THE LT AC GENERATOR FAILED.   REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT ENGINE IDG GCU IAW CMP 242603.
