ALL LANDING GEAR RETRACTION DID NOT RETRACT - AFTER TAKE OFF GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT.  THERE WERE NO CAS MESSAGES. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: REMOVED AND REPLACED LG CONTROL HANDLE P/N: 29500-103  S/N: 0270.
