CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY IN FLIGHT WITH LIGHT SWITCH IN "ARMED" POSITION.  REMOVED AND REPLACED DEFECTIVE FWD AND AFT EMERGENCY BATTERIES, IAW EMB 24-65-03.  OPERATONS CHECK GOOD.
