## Discrepancy

FIRST OFFICER`S COCKPIT WINDOW R4 HEATING ELEMENT CAUGHT FIRE DURING APPROACH. IT CREATED A CIRCULAR CRACK AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE INNER PANE.  INSTALLED A NEW COCKPIT R4  WINDOW.
