EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERY: EMERGENCY LIGHTS DO NOT ILLUMINATE IN THE ARM POSITION WITH MAIN BATTERIES OFF DURING PREFLIGHT CHECK.  MAIN BATTERY VOLTAGE IS 25V ON BOTH L&R BATTERIES.
