CABIN EMERG LIGHT: IN FLIGHT CABIN EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS AND AISLE LIGHTS BEGAN TO FLICKER THEN CAME ON STEADY WITH THE SWITCH IN THE ARM POSITION.
