INSTALLED NEW BULB AND PLACED LENS ONTO EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSMEBLY. SECURED SCREWS AND SEALED LENS. ALL WORK DONE !AW CLGSOS AMM REF:33-41-04. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
