MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT OPEN FROM THE OUTSIDE. //SIGNOFF// GAINED ACCESS TO AIRCRAFT ATTEMPTED TO OPS CHECK DOOR HANDLE, DOOR OPENED AND CLOSED NORMAL PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE DOOR OUTER HANDLE.
