EMERGENCY LIGHTING: EMERGENCY LIGHTS TEST FAIL . EMERGENCY LIGHTS WILL NOT COME ON IN THE ARMED SWITCH POSITION.  WITH THE MAIN BATTERIES IN THE OFF POSITION.  TIGHTENED SWITCH AND REINSTALLED PANEL, ALLOWED EMERGENCY BATTS TO CHARGE AND FOUND SYSTEM FUNCTIONS PROPERLY
