## Discrepancy

EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN THE "ARM" POSITION, EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FLASHING AND DRAINED BOTH EMERGENCY BATTERIES.   REMOVED AND REPLACED #1 AND #2 EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER UNIT.
