EMERGENCY LIGHTS FIRST FLICKERED THEN STEADY ON WHEN EMER LT SWITCH IN ARM POSITION. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS. IAW EMB 505 MM 33-52-01.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
