MAIN DOOR VENT FLAP NOT ALIGNED, NOT SEALED AFTER TAKE OFF.   CLEANED AND LUBRICATED SEAL PERFORMED SEVERAL OPS CHECK OF THE MAIN DOOR WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED IAW BOMBARDIER GLOBAL 6000 MM CH 52·11·69.
