FAILED TO TEST ON PREFLIGHT.  LIGHTS DO NOT ILLUMINATE IN ARM POSITION.  LIGHTS FUNCTION NORMALLY WHEN SELECTED ON.   PERFORMED EMERGENCY LIGHTING POWER SUPPLY BATTERY EXERCISE PROCEDURE. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW TC-FLT-33-1001.
