AUTOBRAKE FAIL AMBER CAS: EICAS ILLUMINATED AFTER TAKE OFF AND AUTOBRAKE SWITCH KICKED OUT OF "LOW" POSITION TO "OFF" AND WOULD NOT STAY IN "LOW."
