CABIN EMERG LIGHT: DURING PREFLIGHT FIRST FLIGHT OF THE DAY TEST OF EMER LIGHTS  TO ON POSITION SEATS 3R AND 2L DUAL USE EMER/READING LIGHTS DID NOT ILLUMINATE.
