AT 80 KNOTS, THE EEC L ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED WITH A LEFT ENGINE REDUCTION OF THRUST. TAKE OFF WAS ABORTED. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED DEFECTIVE EEC REF. 5455B EMM 71-00-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
