MAIN DOOR LATCH HANDLE WON'T CLOSE FROM OUTSIDE.   FOUND AFT LATCHES/LOCKOUT OF ADJUSTMENT. PERFORMED CABIN DOOR LATCH/LOCK RIGGING REF AMM 52-10-04 OPS CHECKS GOOD. REF  AMM 52-10-00.
