LEFT AND RIGHT BRAKES.  ON LANDING BRAKES PULSING WHEN PRESSURE APPLIED.  FROM LANDING SPEED TO SLOW TAXI SPEED.   REPLACED BRAKE SCREW ADAPTER. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM CH 32-40-00.
