MAIN CABIN DOOR IS DIFFICULT TO OPEN.  TRACKING CABLE IS LOOSE ON SIDE OF MAIN CABIN DOOR. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED ACTUATOR. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CL650 AMM 52-11-09
