EMER EMER LIGHT NOT ARM CAS MESSAGE REMAINS ON WITH EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH IN ARM POSITION.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD AND AFT EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY IAW AMM33-52-01. ALL OPS CHECK GOOD NO CAS MESSAGES PRESENT.FWD E-BATTERY  TESTED BY RADIANT POWER CORP., REF.FORM 8130-3, FTN:64038.
