CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED OUTFLOW VALVE CONTROLLER P/N: 65000062-9 S/N: 65000062-00472 AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED "REPAIRED" OUTFLOW VALVE CONTROLLER P/N: 65000062-9 S/N: 65000062-00371. OPERATIONAL CHECKS ARE SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK DONE IAW CE680A AMM 21-30-00 AND 21-30-15.
