## Discrepancy

MED INTERIOR RED HANDLE DOES NOT EASILY GO TO THE FULL OPEN POSITION. IT MUST BE FORCED TO THE FULL OPEN POSITION AFTER THE DOOR IS DOWN OR ELSE THE 2 PINS CLOSEST TO THE HINGE WILL DRAG OR CATCH.  PERFORMED GVI OF THE RED HANDLE, NO DEFECTS NOTED. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE FAULT. PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPS CHECK FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE, OPS CHECK GOOD. DOOR HANDLE MOVES EASILY. WHILE HAVING DOOR OPEN, AGAIN, DOOR HANDLE MOVES EASILY. CHECKED ALL DOOR PINS, ALL GREEN MARKS ARE SHOWN. CHKD 2 OTHER ACFT WE HAVE ON RAMP & COMPARE RED HANDLE RESISTANCE AND ALL 3 HAVE THE SAME PLAY/RESISTANCE. CONTACTED MCC AND INFORED THEM OF OUR FINDINGS, MCC IS OK TO SIGN THIS OFF. ALL IAW AMM 52-11-21.
