## Discrepancy

DURING INITIAL CLIMB OUT OF ADS WE BOTH NOTICED A SMOKE/BURNING SMELL THAT LASTED FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS AND THEN DISSIPATED. THE ONLY ABNORMAL INDICATION WE SAW WAS AN OCCASIONAL AMBER X ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE HEAT EXCHANGER ON THE ECS PAGE. ADDITIONALLY I RECALL THAT YESTERDAY WHEN SWITCHING THE COCKPIT FAN FROM LOW TO MEDIUM IT WAS LOUDER THAN NORMAL ALTHOUGH TODAY IT SOUNDS NORMAL AGAIN. NO SMOKE WAS VISIBLE DURING THE FLIGHT BUT WE BOTH OCCASIONALLY NOTICED THE SMELL AGAIN VERY BRIEFLY AS WE FLEW BACK TO DAL. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED COCKPIT EVAPORATOR BLOWER P/N: 1133850-107 S/N:1445 AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED, NEW COCKPIT EVAPORATOR BLOWER P/N: 1133850-107 S/N:1481. OPS CHECKS GOOD ALL WORK IN REF TO EMB-505 AMM 21-52-04
