## Discrepancy

ON FINAL APPROACH EXPERIENCED EXCESSIVE CABIN PRESSURIZATION SPIKE (2500 RATE), FOLLOWED BY CARGO DOOR AMBER CAS ANNUNCIATION. POST FLIGHT REVEALED CARGO DOOR HANDLE/VENT POPPED OPEN BUT DOOR ITSELF WAS CLOSED.   PERFORMED RIGGING CHECKS AND PRESSURIZATION TEST. IAW AMM 21-00-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
