## Discrepancy

WHEN STARTING RIGHT ENGINE, WE NOTICED A BRIEF CHEMICAL SMELL (SOMEWHAT LIKE ACETONE MIXED WITH ADHESIVE). THE SMELL WENT AWAY. CLIMBING THROUGH 8000', THE SMELL RETURNED BUT STRONGER. WE DONNED OXYGEN MASKS AND DIVERTED. ACCOMPLISHED APPROPRIATE QRC AND QRH   REPLACED HEPA FILTER IAW AMM 21-70-10. OPS CHECK GOOD.
