## Discrepancy

WHILE IN LEVEL FLIGHT AT FL 400, A THUD WAS HEARD AND FELT AND THE RED GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT ILLUMINATED. DESCENDING OUT OF FL260, ANOTHER THUD WAS HEARD AND THE UNLOCK LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. THE NOISE SOUNDS LIKE IT CAME FROM THE NOSE GEAR. REPEAT WRITE-UP. REPACKED NOSE LANDING GEAR SHOCK STRUT ASSY. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CMM 32-20-01.
