AFTER DEPARTURE CLIMBING THROUGH 400' FLAPS REMAINED IN FLAPS 1 POSITION FOLLOWED BY FLAPS FAIL CAS MESSAGE RAN THE QRH FOLLOWED BY THE QRC.  COMPLIED WITH TASK T2PL6D00DM7NZ, AFTER DEPARTURE, CLIMBING THROUGH 400' FLAPS REMAINED IN FLAPS 1 FOLLOWED BY FLAPS FAIL CASS MESSAGE.  PERFORMED LUBE OF 4 FLAP FLEX SHAFTS. PERFORMED MANUAL & ELECT RIGGING OF FLAPS USING THE ALTERNATE METHOD. PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPS CHECKS. OPS CHKD GOOD. NO CURRENT FLAP FAIL CASS MESSAGES PRESENT. ALL WORK COMPLIED WITH MM 12-20-30, 27-50-00, & 27-50-35,
