MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLE IS FROZEN IN THE PINS RETRACTED POSITION WITH THE MAIN CABIN DOOR OPEN.   ADJUSTED MCD DOOR HANDLE UNLOCKED STOP IAW CITATION 700 AMM 52-10-14. OPS CHECK GOOD.
