## Discrepancy

ON DEPARTURE GEAR RETRACTION HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE TO GEAR UP POSITION. ON THIRD TRY HANDLE MOVED TO GEAR UP POSITION BUT AMBER CAS MESSAGES BEGAN TO POPULATE ON PFD AND GEAR INDICATIONS DISPLAYED YELLOW BOX WITH DASHES AND A NOSE GEAR DOWN INDICATION. WE RAN THE GEAR CONTROL FAULT QRH PROCEDURE AND DIVERTED.  REPLACED MLG OLEO ASSY. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM 32-10-10.
