## Discrepancy

DURING APCH TO LANDING WHEN GEAR DOWN SELECTED, NOSE GEAR DID NOT EXTEND. ATC TOWER TOLD US THE NOSE GEAR WAS UP UPON VISUAL INSP. DURING LOW PASS. RAN QRH CHECKLIST FOR LG LEVER DISAG, GEAR INDICATED 3 DOWN AND LOCKED WHEN HANDLE CYCLED. LANDED NORMALLY. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED UPLOCK PROXIMITY SWITCH. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 32-61-01/400.
