ON DEPARTURE, AIRCRAFT FAILED TO PRESSURIZE.  NO CONTROL OF PRESSURIZATION VIA AUTO OR MANUAL. DURING CLIMB AND DECENT HEARD AIR RUSHING NOISE FROM MAIN CABIN DOOR. AFTER LANDING NOTICED VENT DOOR FLAP LOOSE ON MAIN CABIN DOOR.  REMOVED NEW SEAL IAW MM 52-11-28,OPS CHKD MORMAL. REMOVED SUSPECTED DEFECTIVE CABIN PRESSURE SELECTOR 21193041 AND INSTALLED SUPPLIED REPAIRED PRESSURE SELECTOR IAW AMM 21-31-10, OPS CHKD GOOD.
