## Discrepancy

EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHT ABOVE THE RIGHT WING IS NOT ILLUMINATING PROPERLY.  BRIGHTNESS LEVEL IS NOT NORMAL (IT IS EXTREMELY ANEMIC) AND DOES NOT REALLY ILLUMINATE ANYTHING ANY MORE EVEN WITH THE APU RUNNING.
