EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON WHEN SWITCH IS IN OFF POSITION.  5G SWITCH MANUALLY RESET  ON PILOT AND CO-PILOT SIDE BUT  EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND INSTALLED REPAIRED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACKS IN PILOTS, CO-PILOT AND 1/H ,RT AFT CABIN IAW AMM 33-50-05. ALL CHECKS GOOD EMERGENCY LIGHTS.
