CABIN FWD LEFT EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN DOES NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN PAX SAFETY IS TURNED ON. IT DOES ILLUMINATE WHEN THE EMER LTS ARE TURNED ON.   PERFORMED PAX SAFETY LIGHTS OPS CHECK IAW CE700 AMM 33-20-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
