## Discrepancy

WHEN CLOSING THE MAIN CABIN DOOR FROM EITHER INSIDE OR OUTSIDE, THE DOOR COMES UP NORMALLY BUT THE LOCKING HANDLE DOES NOT MOVE.  CLEANED CABIN DOOR LOCKING PINS IAW CABIN DOOR SERVICING IAW AMM 12-20-40.
